Inspired by a panther’s hunting prowess, the Air Jordan 13 specialised on a reflective upper and a cat’s eye hologram on the rear.

Aside from MJ’s “Black Cat” nickname, Tinker Hatfield incorporated a premium addition in the form of a quilted overlay. The quilted panels can come in various materials – but fancy nonetheless. A cat’s paw comes to life on the midsole and outsole.

When it comes to sneaker tech, this fire shoe is a beast on the basketball court. Equipped with Zoom Air units in the heel and forefoot, the J13 provides a bouncy ride. The paw-like outsole boasts a reliable herringbone traction pattern. A midfoot carbon fibre plate serves as torsional support.

The Air Jordan 13 Retro “Court Purple” comes in an all-black mesh and leather base. Court Purple adorns the suede heel, midsole, Jumpman on the tongue, and the side mudguard.

This shoe is highly similar to Sacramento Kings legend Mike Bibby’s Air Jordan 13 Low Player Exclusive. Luckily, this is easier to get!
