Nike Air Max 2090 "Wolf Grey"

The Nike Air Max 2090 continues to release in a flurry of colourways since its arrival in 2020. This time rocking a classic Wolf Grey colour scheme that will go well with any fit.

Nike introduced this lifestyle sneaker to celebrate the Air Max 90‘s 30th anniversary. It resembles some of the aspects that made us fall in love with the Air Max 90 when it first released. The Air Max 2090 features transparent mesh upper for a lightweight and breathable feeling. The midsole is made up of “Cushlon”, a soft proprietary foam by Nike. It’s finished off with a large 360 Air Max heel unit that’s caged inside a thick rubber frame.

Old and new school Nike Air logos can be found on the tongue and heel panel.

This Nike Air Max 2090 “Wolf Grey” is a clean and sleek colourway that combines simplicity and comfort with its “Cushlon” midsole and the iconic Air Max unit in the heel. This colourway flaunts a Wolf Grey mesh upper with suede overlays. The rest of the lower panel boasts mesh fabric for a lovely lightweight feel. A modern “air” label can be seen on the rear side.

The outsole boasts a modified waffle traction pattern on the front which has flex grooves. The heel boasts a tube like pattern which surrounds the thick Air Max unit.

You can never go wrong with a pair of Nike Air Max 2090. This Wolf Grey makeover is definitely going to be a must-cop for fans of monochromatic Air Max sneakers.

Released in September 2021, this sneaker is still available on the Nike website and select retailers worldwide.
