Nike Air Max 2090 Black / Wolf Grey

Initially releasing in a flurry of colourways, the Nike Air Max 2090 debuted in March of 2020. The Nike Air Max 2090 combines the OG look of the Air Max 90 while bringing a modern vibe.

To celebrate the Air Max 90’s 30^th anniversary, Nike introduced this new lifestyle sneaker. The Air Max 2090 has some features which closely resemble aspects of the classic Air Max 90. The Air Max 2090 features a transparent mesh upper for a lightweight and breathable feel.

The midsole is created out of Cushlon, a soft proprietary foam developed by Nike. This combines with a large 360 Air Max heel unit that’s caged between a thick rubber frame. Old and new school Nike Air labels can be found on the tongue and also the TPU heel panel.

This Air Max 2090 Black/Wolf Grey is a clean design that combines modern style with great comfort. This colourway displays a transparent mesh upper and grey accents throughout. The lower panel is there to provide durability and stability to the shoe. A modern “air” label can be seen on its rear side. The outsole includes a modified waffle traction pattern on the forefoot.

You can never go wrong with a pair of Air Max 2090 and with the Wolf Grey makeover it’s a sure fire fan favourite. We can see these on shelves for years to come.
