Great for any time of year and not just Halloween, we introduce the adidas Forum Low “Monster Pack”! This adidas Forum reminds us a bit of the mega hyped Yeezy brand colourways. But distinct features give them a different aesthetic.
The adidas Forum first launched in 1984 when they were introduced as the brand’s top basketball footwear. They replaced the adidas Top Ten and became the Three Stripes main hoops model. It was so popular that a dude named Michael Jordan wore them in the 1984 Olympic Trials before he ended up making history with another popular brand.
With a hook and pull strap on the collar, the adidas Forum Low focuses on durability and support. It also arrived in high, mid and low-top versions.
The shoe continued to release in adidas stores. Due to consistent marketing and promotion, the adidas Forum has become popular once again after a moment out of the limelight. A lot of new, but also classic colourways dropped in 2020 bringing a tonne of nostalgia. Fans of the Three Stripes are very happy with their return.
This edition of the adidas Forum Low is part of the adidas “Monster Pack” for Halloween 2021. It sports an all-black upper made up of leather, nubuck and fur-like panels on the vamp and the three stripes. Hints of red adorn the lining of the three stripes and the rest of the adidas logos on the tongue and strap.
A tribute to Count Dracula appears in the form of a lace dubrae in the front and the sock liner.
To complement the black and red makeover, marble-like Mint green and black hues decorate the outsole and complete the shoe.
Arriving on or before Halloween, stay tuned on the Captain Creps website and social media pages for updates.
