The UltraBoost 5.0 steps into new territory with the Hermanos Koumori “Olive Strata” collaboration. This update strips back the familiar form and rebuilds it with a tougher, more functional finish—one that trades in sleek lines for raw practicality.

Gone is the original Primeknit upper. In its place, adidas opts for no-sew ripstop fabric, giving the shoe more durability and a rugged edge. High-wear zones now feature protective synthetic taping. Instead of the standard TPU cage, the Three Stripes sit flat against the upper, keeping things clean but secure. A separated tongue and drawstring rope lacing complete the overhaul, offering easy entry and a snug, adjustable fit.

Despite the rebuild, adidas keeps the underfoot experience true to the UltraBoost name. Full-length BOOST cushioning remains in place, delivering soft, responsive comfort mile after mile. A sturdy rubber outsole grips well across pavement or track, ensuring the performance side stays strong.
