One of the highly awaited pairs is this Air Jordan 1 High OG Retro “Dark Marina Blue”. Excited about its release? Sure we do!

The first Air Jordan 1 High for 2022 is already getting a lot of attention since the images first came out a year prior. Blue and Black hues remain popular and sought after by a lot of sneakerheads. And this new colourway executes the colour blocking almost perfectly. A refreshing new take if you’re already missing the OG Royal 1s.

It’s never really the new year without a new fresh colourway of the Air Jordan 1. Launched in 1985, the Air Jordan 1 is Michael Jordan’s first signature basketball shoe. While leather usually makes up the upper, various fabrics from canvas, patent leather, and even knit made their way to the timeless classic.

With its revolutionary style during its time, the J1 transcended beyond basketball and became the staple footwear choice of many. From streetwear, hip hop, and skateboarding, the Air Jordan 1 defined fashion for various cultures.

The shoe sees no end anytime soon as the brand continues to put out new colourways of the J1. This Air Jordan 1 High OG Retro “Dark Marina Blue” will kick things off in 2022. Featuring a black base, the Dark Marina Blue accents appear on the overlays, Swoosh, laces, heel, and outsole.

This is a great alternative as we wait for the return of the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Royal”.

First scheduled for a January release, the Dark Marina Blue 1 is now expected for a February 2022 launch.
