Reflective details make up this new stealthy colourway of the Nike Air Force 1 Low Utility! Joining the loaded roster for the model’s 40th anniversary in 2022, this pair highlights multiple Swooshes with reflective materials. The Nike Air Force 1 Low Utility “Black Metallic Silver” flaunts a clean makeover headlined by Metallic Silver Swooshes and heel pull tabs. Fresh and simple, just the way we like any new pair of AF1.
The Nike Air Force 1’s 40th-anniversary celebration brought back the AF1 in its full glory. Modern reworks and new colourways showcase the endless potential of Air Force 1 makeovers. This new Black and Metallic Silver rendition rocks Triple Black AF1 vibes but with noticeable brand labels.
2022 marks 40 years of Nike Air Force 1, and within those years, the AF1 had a legendary run that almost never happened. Introduced in 1982, the Nike Air Force 1 became the first Nike basketball shoe with Nike Air technology. Despite its popularity, Nike temporarily ceased production of AF1 trainers back in 1984 to give way to newer models. But because of the persuasion of avid fans from Baltimore, the AF1 lived on.
Within four decades, the AF1 appeared in various versions and hybrids. But nothing could really beat the OG model.
This Nike Air Force 1 Low Utility “Black Metallic Silver” features an entirely Black leather upper with Metallic Silver Swooshes. Two Swooshes appear on the lateral side, a small embroidered Swoosh and the usual style on the side. The heel panel and Swoosh logos reflect when flashed with light.
More Swooshes appear on the heel pull tab.
Keep an eye out for this pair this August 2022 as Nike brings more AF1 colourways.
