Hoyas represent! AF1s never go out of style the same way the brand never goes out of colourways. We’re back with another school-inspired colour scheme! While this pair does not have an official affiliation with the school, we all know what Grey and Navy mean. The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Georgetown” arrives in a clean leather and suede upper combination.
With the exception of highly coveted collabs, Nike AF1s are usually widely available in stores. This keeps the popularity of the shoe consistent and in demand, especially classic styles like the Triple Whites. Here we have a new colourway inspired by Georgetown Hoyas colours. No Georgetown labels appear, but we all know what this iconic colourway represents.
Regarded as a timeless sneaker, hailed as an underrated everyday shoe. The Nike Air Force 1 usually has divided reactions when it comes to comfort. But what most people don’t know is that this shoe started off as a basketball shoe introduced in 1982.
The Nike Air Force 1 features the first Nike Air technology on a basketball shoe. While you can’t always feel the bounce due to the thick rubber sole covering the Air unit, you’ll feel cosy once you break the shoe in.
AF1 Lows remain the most popular version, but Nike continues to break the border as new AF1 hybrids emerge.
This Nike Air Force 1 Low “Georgetown” features a White leather base with Grey suede overlays. Midnight Navy on the Swoosh and heel bring the Georgetown Hoya spirit to life. Dark Grey outsoles complete this simple yet impressive colour scheme.
You can wait for this pair’s release in January 2023 as Nike rolls out more AF1 colourways.
