Nike’s roster of sneakers for the year is insane! 2022 is a special year for the Swoosh brand, celebrating a lot of milestones, feats, and anniversaries of their iconic trainers. Aside from the 35th anniversary of Air Max, 2022 also marks the 40th year of the Nike Air Force 1. And what better way to celebrate than a lineup of collabs! This Nike Air Force 1 Mid x Stussy “Black / White” looks to kick things off with a premium take on the AF1.

A lot of huge drops are in store for the year, and we aren’t even halfway through! Expect even more surprises and heat pairs as Nike celebrates multiple occasions. The Nike Air Force 1 Mid Stussy “Black / White” will definitely be on the sneaker radar; and there’s another colourway expected in this jam-packed release!

Introduced in 1982, the Nike Air Force 1 is one of the most iconic sneakers in history. It first graced basketball courts before becoming the ultimate trainer as we know it. The AF1 came in all sorts of cuts – Highs, Mids, and of course, the Lows. Leather makes up the entire upper, with occasional material updates depending on the colourway.

Now turning 40 in 2022, the Nike Air Force 1 remains a top-selling shoe for Nike. And we’re set for more colourways and collabs!

The Nike Air Force 1 Mid x Stussy “Black / White” flaunts a two-tone makeover popularised by the Air Jordan 1 and Nike Dunk. Premium leather comprises the Black and White colourway. Black comprises the toe, eyestay, Swoosh, heel panel, midfoot, lining, and laces; while White complete the vamp, quarter, and tongue panels.

Different Stussy labels adorn the shoe. A classic “STUSSY” branding hit the ankle strap; a Nike x Stussy label on the tongue also flexes some of the fashion capitals of the world namely: New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, London, and Paris. A perforated Stussy logo can also be found right on the forefoot portion.

The white midsole and black rubber outsole stick to the theme.
