Official Photos: Nike Air Force 1 Mid Stussy “Black/White” DJ7840-002

While all eyes are on the Nike Air Max selections this month, the Nike Air Force 1 seems to be cooking up something big as well. 2022 marks the 35th year of Air Max technology; but at the same time, it’s the timeless AF1’s 40th year of existence too! This upcoming Nike Air Force 1 Mid teams up with streetwear don Stussy for a special limited-edition collab.

Just like Nike x Supreme releases, Stussy creates a huge impact by just simply displaying the brand logo on any part of the shoe. It’s pretty evident on this upcoming Nike Air Force 1 Mid x Stussy “Black / White”; Stussy branding is all over the shoe – enough to keep the hype growing as we celebrate the Air Force 1’s fourth decade anniversary.

Let’s check out these official photos below while release details have not yet been identified.

Starting off, the shoe boasts premium leather all throughout the upper. A two-tone colour blocking in Black and White make up the shoe. Black comprises the toe, eyestay, Swoosh, heel panel, midfoot, lining, and laces; while White sections on the vamp, quarter, and tongue remind us of the Panda Nike Dunk Lows.

Various Stussy labels adorn the shoe. A classic “STUSSY” lettering hit the ankle strap; a Nike x Stussy label on the tongue also names some of the fashion capitals of the world namely: New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, London, and Paris. A perforated Stussy logo can also be found right on the forefoot area.

A round and metallic Stussy pin complete the heel panel.

The white PU midsole and black rubber outsole finish the simple yet premium finish.

With all the attention still on the Air Max for Air Max Day 2022; get ready for more bangers as Nike shifts the spotlight to the 1982 classic Nike Air Force 1’s 40th anniversary. Keep an eye out for more details regarding its possible release date in 2022.
