This Nike Air Force 1 React “White Photon Dust” colourway flaunts a clean and classic makeover headlined by yellowing details on the rear. React Foam and Nike Air also work hand in hand for that extreme comfort.
With the Nike Air Force 1 40th anniversary in 2022, the Swoosh Brand keeps us thrilled with new colourways. For a change, Nike reimagines the AF1 once again with a new React silhouette. We already saw the first React version with a full-length React drop-in midsole with an Air unit in the heel. This one, however, brings the React foam to the midsole with Air hidden inside.
Throughout its 40 years of existence, the Nike Air Force 1 first revolutionised basketball sneakers. Introduced in 1982, the shoe was the top basketball choice for bigger players. The Lows released in the following year for the smaller players. The Mids arrived in the 90s as cultures outside basketball embraced this all-around trainer.
The Nike Air Force 1 React “White Photon Dust” features a crisp leather upper on the front part with transparent TPU overlays on the rear. This rendition lacks the interior lining on the collar but boasts an internal heel padding for an improved fit.
React Foam makes up certain parts of the midsole, while the Air unit “secretly” brings even more comfort as seen on the heel outsole section.
