Nike gives the iconic Air Max 90 another version for 2022, reimagining the popular 90s trainer once again. The Air Max 90 Futura is a women’s exclusive model, which means the sizing will run small. Hopefully, Nike decides to release these in men’s sizes too though!
With over three decades of iconic colourways as of 2022, you’d think the Air Max 90 would take a break. Wrong! Nike reimagines the Nike Air Max 90 with a women’s exclusive version. The Nike Air Max 90 Futura boasts overlapping Swooshes, extra panels, and deconstructed layers on the upper. While most of the design elements of the original AM90 remain, additional details give this shoe a completely new look.
Modern Air Max logos adorn the tongue and the heel; while rubber eyestays cover the leather panels. The midsole and the outsole remains the same – keeping the Nike running DNA true to form.
This Women’s Nike Air Max 90 Futura “Sky Grey Seafoam” features various pastel hues on the upper. Light Blue makes up the mesh base, while Grey suede panels comprise the mudguard. Seafoam Green, Yellow, Pink, and White complete the rest of the areas.
The Pink semi-translucent rubber outsole completes the colourful design of this rendition.
