Nike goes all out in this rendition of the new Nike Air Max 90 Golf NRG. This Nike Air Max 90 G (Golf) NRG “Leopard” boasts a leopard faux fur upper for a “wild” makeover.
The Nike Air Max 90, or formerly the Air Max III, is one of the most popular sneakers of all time. The performance running low-cut shoe not only sported a lightweight mesh upper with leather and suede overlays, but it also boasted an Air Max unit in the heel.
Making its way to the streets as a now-lifestyle shoe, the AM90 continued to appear in various forms. All to cater to different purposes. And with this development, Nike launched the Nike Air Max 90 G (Golf) in 2021. This shoe is crafted for the golf course, but still retains the ideal features and style that people loved.
At first glance, you really couldn’t tell the different between the regular Air Max 90s and the AM90 Golf. A slight tweak on the Swoosh placement and overall shape can be noticed but they aren’t really a big deal.
This “Leopard” colour scheme of the Nike Air Max 90 G NRG sports a faux fur upper with leopard graphics. The Swoosh comes in white while the TPU panels hide themselves in black hues. A black suede mudguard reinforces the premium construction of this model.
Below the foam and heel Air Max setup is modified waffle traction pattern for the golf course. These nubs are tinier than the pattern to grip the grassy fields better.
The Nike Air Max 90 will close out the year with this release. Expect a launch in mid-December 2021 on the Nike website and select retailers worldwide.
