Another eye-catching colour blocking highlighted by a Jewel Swoosh hit this iconic Nike Air Max 95! These official images of the Nike Air Max 95 “Black / Grey / Orange” just recently surfaced; which indicates a release schedule will emerge soon. An alternating Black and Grey upper blends with the vibrant Bright Orange hues on the brand labels and Air Max bags.
The Black and Orange colour blocking is usually attributed to the VLONE Air Force 1. But this AM95 also sports the same stunning look! Aside from the Air Max 1, the Air Max 95 keeps a lot of Air Max fans on the fence for new flavours.
Introduced in 1995, the Nike Air Max 95 arrived in a new era of sneaker technologies. Designer Sergio Lozano incorporated the human body in creating the design structure of the trainer.
Body parts include the wavy panels on the upper as the muscles; lacing and eyestay setup resembling the lungs; and the foam midsole serving as the spine. Because of this unique idea, the Air Max 95 caught a lot of attention among runners as well as the streetwear community.
Minimal branding appears on the upper where a mini Swoosh can be seen right on the rear. Air Max labels hit the tongue and heel panel.
A forefoot and heel Air Max setup provide a well-cushioned ride for all-day activities.
This Nike Air Max 95 “Black / Grey / Orange” features an alternating Grey and Black on the wavy “muscle” leather panels. The Orange Jewel Swoosh replaces the usually embroidered Swoosh branding on the rear; seemingly mimicking the orange air bags on the foam midsole.
