Considered to be at the pinnacle of Air Max silhouettes, the Nike Air Max 95 arrived at an era where revolutionary trainers changed the game. Designer Sergio Lozano had the same objective in mind when he made the Air Max 95. Inspired by the human anatomy and 90s athletics, the AM95 boasts various panels atop the fully-loaded Air Max.
The wavy graduating panels on the sides resemble the human muscles, while the eyestays represent the ribs. Below, the midsole serves as the spine. Within the “spine” are Air Max units in the heel and forefoot. A waffle traction pattern underneath provides consistent grip on all surfaces.
This Nike Air Max 95 “Black Orange Volt” features an all-black textile and mesh upper. Highly recognisable hints of Orange on the mini Swoosh and tongue captures attention. The lace loops feature a fading gradient effect that transitions from blue to orange. Below the Swoosh is an “AIR” tag.
