Start December 2022 with a fresh pair of Nike’s latest Air Max offering! Developing any product without meeting with other colleagues face to face might prove challenging to many. But Nike utilised various digital platforms and design technologies to come up with a new Air Max design. This Nike Air Max Scorpion “Triple Black” arrives in a stealthy all-black makeover, a staple colourway favourite among the sneaker community. Maybe this will be enough to look past the bizarre look of the shoe as it hides in the dark!
Created during the pandemic, the Nike Air Max Scorpion is one of Nike’s first sneakers designed remotely. Here we have a brand new colourway first previewed during the model’s unveiling. We’re just scratching the surface as there are more colourways on the way soon!
The Nike Air Max Scorpion originally released in 2022 as Nike proudly unveiled their digitally-designed sneaker. Due to the lack of face-to-face meetings, the Air Max Scorpion design team worked on a fully remote setup.
Looking like an enhanced version of the VaporMax, the Air Max Scorpion features a Flyknit upper with Chenille overlays around the eyestays. Flywire cables make their comeback and reinforce the internal structure of the shoe.
The main feature of the shoe revolves around the bulked-up Air Max Sole. A large TPU midsole creates the separation between the foot and the Air bubble for added support. This is Nike’s largest Air Max unit yet, and gives you an elevated ride (probably adds an inch of height or two too!).
The Nike Air Max Scorpion “Triple Black” arrives in an all-black makeover, similar to actual scorpions.
You can cop a pair this December 2022 on Nike.
