Now it’s back for that 80s vintage fashion purposes! The Nike Air Pegasus 83 Premium “Grey Pink” boasts OG Air Pegasus construction with modern-day colours. Quite an underrated choice for casual wardrobes.

With 39 models in the iconic running footwear series as of 2022; the first Nike Air Pegasus looks back at Nike’s early running heritage. This Nike Air Pegasus 83 colourway goes for a basic greyscale base with Pink laces for added aesthetics. An easy lace swap with Grey laces will give this a clean and minimalistic finish.

Nike’s history dates back to running as co-founders Phil Knight and Bill Bowerman set out to create the best running trainers possible. In 1983, the brand introduced the Nike Air Pegasus for the first time. It featured a Nike Air unit in the heel for more cushioning and improved shock absorption; this led to further developments and became the main performance running line in the next few years.

The Nike Air Pegasus 83 features a nylon base fabric with suede overlays for added durability. Swoosh on the sides and Nike labels on the tongue and heel bring brand identity to a maximum.

Encased within the EVA sponge foam is a Nike Air unit – located in the heel.

Nike’s signature waffle sole provides reliable traction on any surface.

This Nike Air Pegasus 83 Premium “Grey Pink” features an entirely Grey suede upper with Pink laces for additional pigment. A vintage Nike tag on the tongue takes us back all the way to 1983.
