More “Paisley” themes arrive in this jam-packed 2022 lineup for Nike! The Nike SB Dunk Low Pro “Paisley” joins the roster of icons; but this time, it has a completely different design and boasts a tear-away fabric, revealing a hidden design underneath! The Swoosh brand definitely got a lot of tricks under their sleeve for the year thanks to various milestones involving iconic trainers. 2022 marks the 20th year of the Nike SB Dunk!

Various feats left and right make 2022 special for Nike. And it’s evident we’re getting a lot of special releases headlined by Air Jordan Retros and classic Air Max icons. This upcoming take on the Nike SB Dunk Low flaunts colourful paisley prints for a stunning finish.

The Nike SB Dunk Low’s origin story took place in 2002 as the marquee sneaker in the newly introduced Nike SB division. Because skaters rock the Dunks for skate sessions, Nike decided to improve the shoe; retaining the usual build of the original Nike Dunk which came out in 1985, the SB Dunk boasted key features meant for skateboarding. The most noticeable change is the tongue.

A thick and padded tongue helps keep the ankles comfortable and protected from hard impacts. Speaking of impacts, a soft sockliner encases a Zoom Air unit in the heel for improved cushioning and responsiveness.

The outsole features tighter grooves on the forefoot for better traction.

This Nike SB Dunk Low Pro “Paisley” features a Brown canvas upper with a tear-away effect. Floral Paisley prints in Pink, Blue, and Green make up the entirety of the upper. White leather sections on the Swoosh and heel add to the overall durability of the shoe.

Finishing it off is the gum rubber outsole.
