The classic basketball shoe goes premium as it returns in all-new colourways for 2023. Nike makes sure the Terminator will have a triumphant comeback since its last release in 2014. The Nike Terminator High “Velvet Brown” joins the roster this 2023 with darker tones and rich pebbled leather materials. Maybe this shoe will finally get the respect and attention it deserved just like the Dunks!
After the original Georgetown release, Nike pushed for more styles to keep up with modern trends. This new colourway boasts colours similar to the first Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 – but without the Olive tones. Who knows, maybe Cactus Jack will one day decide to raise the hype of the Terminator with a collab.
We’re not surprised anymore with classic sneakers making their respective comebacks. The Nike Terminator is one of the latest models to return in the catalogue. First introduced in 1984 as a basketball shoe, the Terminator now belongs in the brand’s lifestyle category.
The High version of the shoe features a tall ankle collar that wraps the foot for support. Nike labels appear on the heel while the Swooshes adorn the sides. The herringbone traction pattern completes the outsole.
This simple silhouette is perfect for the minimalist trend of sneakers. Whether it’s an OG colourway or a new style, the Terminator is worth trying on.
The Nike Terminator High “Velvet Brown” features a Black ballistic mesh base with Velvet Brown pebbled leather overlays. Brown laces and pull tabs keep the colour combination consistent throughout the upper.
This pair will be available this February 2023 on the Nike UK website and select retailers worldwide.
