Nike has refined the formula again. The full-length carbon-fibre Flyplate now sits at a steeper angle than before. Pair that with a lower heel-to-toe drop and you get a smoother, more forward-driven stride. Each toe-off feels quick and controlled, especially once the pace picks up.

ZoomX foam runs from heel to toe and feels lighter than previous versions. There’s a soft bounce on landing, followed by fast rebound as you roll through. Up top, the engineered mesh keeps weight down and fit locked in. Breathability is solid. The heel and tongue have been trimmed back, removing anything that doesn’t need to be there.
