One of Nike’s latest lifestyle shoes the Nike Waffle One is a tribute to the brand’s sneaker heritage all the way back to the early 1970s. It features the waffle outsole that was invented by Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman when he was experimenting to create the best running shoes ever made. Together with a lightweight and breathable transparent mesh and a suede upper, take a trip down Nike’s memory lane with this sneaker.

Together with other Nike models that are included in the pack, the ‘Summer of Sports’ Nike Waffle One utilizes a semi-transparent white mesh upper base and Sail white suede overlays on the forefoot, eyestays, and heel panel. Multiple Swooshes with different sizes adorn the lateral side of the shoe. Hints of yellow, red, green, and blue are placed to signify the 2021 Olympics.

It sits atop a dual-stacked midsole with a plastic heel clip that provides excellent cushioning to keep you up and ready for daily activities.

Living up to its namesake branding is the waffle outsole in black. A direct tribute to the Nike Waffle Trainer in the 70s.
