adidas Ultraboost 20 x James Bond Black / Metallic

You can’t beat the comfort of an adidas Ultraboost! That’s the first thing you need to know about the adidas Ultraboost 20 x James Bond. It’s part of the collaboration between adidas and James Bond ahead of the latest film’s release in September 2021. Dubbed the “007 Collection”, multiple adidas Boost sneakers arrive in subtle tones to give us an “undercover” finish.

After over a year of delays, the 25th film in the James Bond franchise finally got its green light to have a world premiere. “No Time To Die” stars Daniel Craig as Agent James Bond “007”. The movie is also set to conclude Craig’s role as James Bond after starring in four previous films. He started out in this role in 2006.

With that in mind, adidas decided to team up with the popular fictional spy for a sneaker and apparel collab. The collab may have been confirmed as long as a year prior to the films release, but the drop was postponed just like the movie.

Ushering in a new era in terms of design, the adidas Ultraboost 20 sports a lightweight Primeknit upper. The separate lace cage is more structured compared to early ultraboost models. On the heel, the plastic heel clip looks slimmer and is connected to the lace cage for better fit and stability.

A thick full-length Boost and StretchWeb Continental rubber outsole complete the bottom half of the adidas Ultraboost 20.

In true secret agent fashion, this adidas Ultraboost 20 x James Bond appears in predominantly black with metallic detailing. To provide subtle spy details, on the tongue you will notice the “007” emblem, as well as on the heel and sock liner.

Grey and white camouflage grace the Boost midsole to mimic smoke. It’s available now on the adidas website and other select retailers worldwide.
