adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "MX Oat"

There’s always room for a change. And this upcoming Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “MX Oat” boasts a whole new upper weave pattern! It’s a whole new era for adidas and Kanye West with this sneaker.

The adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 is the longest-running model in the adidas Yeezy line. It graced the sneaker world in 2016 and bestowed hype after hype during the course of its release. If it wasn’t for the Yeezy Boost 350 V2, adidas probably wouldn’t have the level of popularity they have right now. And at the same time, we wouldn’t have witnessed one of the most popular sneakers in this generation.

Arguably the most popular and most anticipated silhouette among adidas Yeezys. The Yeezy 350 V2 improved certain aspects from its predecessor. Primeknit and Boost returned once again, but this time it sports distinct features that brought the hype off the charts.

Iconic details such as the midfoot strip showcased a “SPLY-350” on the sides. But it seemed like adidas and Ye have moved on from that feature and went in a whole new direction. The varying Primeknit weave serves a purpose. Tight patterns are meant to reinforce high-wear areas such as the forefoot and heel. While the midfoot panel is not backed by any padding to give you an insane level of comfort.

In 2021, the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 returned with brand new weave patterns. The new weave seen on the “Mono Pack” went with a more minimalistic approach. But this upcoming “MX Oat” edition opted for swirls, twirls, and curls.

Multiple hints of Blue and Orange adorn the Yellow base upper. The vibrant mix of these colours makes up for a new design among Yeezy 350 V2s.

It sits atop a TPU ribbed midsole that cages the full-length Boost midsole for maximum comfort and impact protection. Underneath is the grid-like traction pattern with cored-out areas to expose the Boost foam.
