The BAPE x adidas Superstar Reimagines a Classic

A Bathing Ape and adidas go way, way back. And for its next collaboration, the duo are taking on a stone-cold classic with the BAPE x adidas Superstar. Revealed in two colourways including “Footwear White” and “Blue,” if you’re a fan of the Japanese streetwear label, this collection is a must-own.

Crafted from premium leather, the uppers of both Superstars are embossed with BAPE’s legendary ABC Camo. Across the sidewalls, the iconic Three Stripe branding is stitched along the medials, while the laterals are decorated with the Nigo-founded imprint’s shooting star motif. This results in an asymmetrical aesthetic that’s quickly become the calling card of their sneakers.

Patent leather hits the heel tab, and co-branded lace dubraes offer up a luxe look and feel. All of this then comes packed in a special edition shoebox that was designed exclusively for this drop.

To match the trainers, BAPE x adidas is also dropping a complementary apparel range. Expect Firebird tracksuits in two colour schemes a Trefoil Shark hoodie, graphic tee, ABC camo cap, side bag, and socks – all in classic A Bathing Ape fashion.
