Earlier this month, Cincinnati-based sneaker boutique Corporate Got Em announced that they were working on a Jordan Air Ship collaboration. While the initial teasers were very cryptic and very blurry, Corporate’s founder, Matt Tomamichel, has now revealed everything that we need to know – so let’s get to it.
Following A Ma Maniére, Corporate is the latest big name to take on the legendary Jumpman silhouette. A love letter to Cincinnati – the city that inspired Tomamichel to pursue his dreams – this is a shoe that tells his story of perseverance and commitment to his community.
Outfitted in a premium suede and leather construction, the Jordan Air Ship is completely dipped in a Tiffany-esque blue hue. The Nike Swooshes across the lateral and medial sides are outlined in white. These are then complemented by a pair of cotton laces that tie everything together.
Around the heel, you’ll find “Got Em” embroidery, and inside the actual trainer itself reads the phrase “For the City.” All of this comes in a special shoebox complete with a hangtag that’s been made exclusively for this release.
If you want the Corporate Got Em x Jordan Air Ship in your collection this season, listen up. Launching on September 8th at their webstore, it’s then followed by a wider release at Nike SNKRS on September 15th. Keep it locked at Captain Creps for your best chance to cop, and if you’re not sure what a SNKRS Shock Drop is, find out here!
