The Futura Laboratories x Nike SB Dunk Low is Destined for Greatness

Earlier this year, rumours began swirling around the sneakersphere suggesting that Futura, the legendary graffiti pioneer who’s renowned for his vibrant colours and captivating designs, would be teaming up with Nike for the Futura Laboratories x Nike SB Dunk Low. While the reports were a little blurry at first, we’re now getting up close and personal with the actual collab in question. And even though we’re not even two months into 2024, we’re already predicting that this is going to be the Sneaker of the Year.

This exclusive SB Dunk Low works on top of a crisp mesh base, and is overlaid by canvas panels that show off the artist’s signature style. We’re talking lots of abstract graphics and vivid hues. A Swoosh logo glides across the lateral and medial sidewalls, and Futura’s signature is scrawled across the heel.

Co-branded detailing features on the tongue tag, and underfoot, the Zoom Air midsole is lined with an icy blue rubber outsole. All of this then comes packed in a special shoebox, alongside some limited edition accessories and an extra set of laces.

While the backstory of this exciting release remains undisclosed, it adds an element of mystery to the collection, further igniting anticipation among sneaker enthusiasts.
