Nigo x Nike is, without a doubt, one of the most unexpected collaborations of all time. During much of the ’90s and early ’00s, the duo were locked in legal battle after legal battle over the Bape Sta, but now, they’re best of friends, dropping grails like the brand new Nigo x Nike Air Force 3 “Black Croc.”

While the Air Force 3 definitely isn’t as popular as the Air Force 1, it still deserves its flowers. For this special edition, the upper is decked out in black croc-style leather that gives it an extremely premium look and feel. Contrasting leather stripes grace the lateral and medial sidewalls, and around the heel, you’ll find a shiny badge that’s emblazoned with “NIGO FORCE,” adding a personal touch.

What really sets this release apart are the extras. From silver dubraes to music-inspired tongue tags, the whole package plays off of Nigo’s love for hip-hop and vinyl culture. Even the box gets the deluxe treatment, featuring custom graphics and retro-styled typography that shout out the original AF3 era.
