Nike absolutely loves a Halloween-themed shoe. Over the past ten years, the trainer community has been scared half to death with some of the spookiest sneakers. From SB Dunks inspired by Egyptian mummies, to Air Max 95s with googly eyes, just when you think you’ve seen everything, we’re now getting our first look at the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Halloween 2023.”
Taking on the ’80s basketball silhouette, these bloodcurdling kicks drop the usual white leather in favour of something more sinister. Dipped in a terrifying all-black palette, it features a snakeskin design that extends from the toebox to the heel badge. “Nike” is written across the tongue in a creepy orange font, and just below this, you’ll find a stainless steel pumpkin deubre that has been made just for this release.
This evil jack-o-lantern theme extends towards the custom insoles. The rubber outsole has also been dipped in a ghoulish green scheme that seems to glow-in-the-dark. All of this comes packed in a scary shoebox that puts the “beast” in “hypebeast.”
At this moment in time, not much else is known about the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Halloween 2023” FQ8822-084. With that said, it’s expected to drop sometime around October 31st alongside a range of other spooky sneakers. Let us know what you think of this shoe, and make sure you keep it locked at Captain Creps for your best chance to cop.
