In case you didn’t already know, this year marks the Air Max 95‘s 30th anniversary. After bringing back the “Neon” and the “Pink Foam” earlier this season, it looks like the legendary Nike Air Max 95 OG “Bright Mandarin” is also scheduled to return. First introduced in the late ’90s and last released in 2011, this is a sneaker that every AM95 fan should own.

The upper stays true to the original blueprint. Crisp white mesh sits up top, layered over a greyscale gradient of soft suede that fades from light grey to black – echoing the muscle-inspired look that defined Sergio Lozano’s original 1995 design. But it’s the pops of “Bright Mandarin” that steal the show. From the lace loops to the mini Swoosh and Air units, the citrus tones add just the right kick to the neutral base.
But while the American sportswear company could’ve just brought it back, they’ve added some modern tweaks including Big Bubble Air Max units and 3M reflective hits throughout, so you can flex your new Nike kicks even in the dark.

For those who missed the 2011 drop, the Nike Air Max 95 OG “Bright Mandarin” is essential. Launching on June 6th, let us know if you’ll be adding these to your rotation, and be sure to keep it locked for your best chance to secure your size!
