Just when you thought things were beginning to slow down a bit, Nike goes ahead and unleashes the all-new Nike Air Max DN8 “Bred.” The latest silhouette to drop as part of the American sportswear company’s legendary Air Max series, it builds on the Air Max DN‘s legacy and combines it with a fresh design and some sweet technical upgrades.
Introduced in the classic “Bred” colour scheme (a combination of black and red), the Air Max DN8 features a multi-layered mesh construction for better breathability and extra ventilation. This is then supported by Nexkin overlays for added texture and durability. A duo of glossy Swooshes shoot across the lateral heel, while the back is decorated with the iconic Air Max badge that pays homage to the line’s heritage.
Of course, you just can’t talk about this ultra contemporary model without mentioning the new Dynamic Air unit. This features eight distinct Air bubbles along the side profile, creating a unique visual that draws from classic Air Max tech. This midsole uses a four-chamber system that promotes air movement between compartments, providing responsive cushioning and adaptable support, ideal for both comfort and performance.
In addition to Dynamic Air, the DN8’s sole is also infused with foam in both the heel and the forefoot, enhancing bounce without sacrificing stability. A semi-translucent outsole then completes the look, providing durable traction across various surfaces.
The Nike Air Max DN8 “Bred” is set to release sometime next year, with more colourways coming very soon. Let us know if you’ll be going for these, and be sure to keep it locked at Captain Creps for your best chance to secure your size!
