Following the return of the “Metallic Silver” and the “Signal Blue,” it looks like Nike‘s about to bring back another iconic Air Zoom Spiridon colourway with the Nike Air Zoom Spiridon OG “Light Concord.” First released in 1997, this Christian Tresser-designed classic was extremely sought-after back in the day. And now, almost 30 years later, it’s still as hyped as ever.
Working on top of a breathable “White” mesh base, what makes this particular pair so special is the shiny “Metallic Silver” Swoosh that glides across the lateral and medial sidewalls. “Light Concord” on the lace loops, pull tabs, mudguard, and insole add a vibrant contrast without overwhelming the design, and 3M reflective accents make their way throughout so you can flex in low light conditions.
But it’s not just about its good looks either. Down below, the midsole is infused with Zoom Air tech for added comfort and cushioning. This is then finished off with a black rubber outsole to keep things nice and grippy.
Scheduled to re-release sometime this summer, let us know if you’ll be going for the Nike Air Zoom Spiridon OG “Light Concord”, and be sure to keep it locked at Captain Creps for your best chance to secure your size.
