The Nike SB Dunk High “Candy Corn” Was Made for Sweet Toothed Sneakerheads

Even though Halloween is still a ways away, Nike has already taken the wraps off of some of this season’s spooky sneakers. From the Air Force 1 Low to the Ja 1, the American sportswear company has now revealed the Nike SB Dunk High “Candy Corn,” and if you have a sweet tooth, these are right up your street.

Injecting a playful take on the SB Dunk High, this colourway boasts an “Amarillo,” “Orange,” and “White” palette. These three shades fade into each other across the leather upper, resulting in a stunning gradient effect that’s meant to represent the classic candy corn – an iconic American confectionary that runs rampant during Halloween.

Moving from mere colour inspirations to attentive details, this trainer playfully incorporates an altered “Nike SB” on the tongue tag, swapping out a conventional “i” for a creepy candy corn emoji.

Across the other side of the tongue, you’ll find a graphic of a molar, humorously laden with a SB-branded candy piece and paired with a cheeky warning: “Don’t take candy from strangers.” Underfoot, custom insoles display a melody of candy corns, adding to the sneaker’s theme.

Releasing on October 14th, make sure you keep it locked at Captain Creps for your best chance to cop the Nike SB Dunk High “Candy Corn” FN5107-700.
