The Sneakersnstuff x adidas GT II “4th Edition” is Inspired by Stockholm’s Rave Scene

SNS and adidas are back together, just in time to celebrate the Scandinavian retailer’s 25th anniversary. For the Sneakersnstuff x adidas GT II “4th Edition”, the power duo pays homage to Stockholm’s rave scene, specifically the golden era of the 1990s. While past GT IIs leaned more on traditional materials like leather and suede this one pushes things forward with a shimmering, reflective pinstripe mesh base.

Painted in “Tactile Blue”, “Mystery Blue”, and “Clear Sky”, it’s clean but statement-y at the same time. Crisp white laces tie everything together, while a dash of yellow graces the tongue tag, inspired by the European country’s flag. Underfoot, the midsole is dripped out in dark brown rubber to keep everything grounded.

Special co-branded is printed across the sidewalls in a shiny gold foil, and just like other Sneakersnstuff x adidas drops that we’ve seen over the past decade, the “4th Edition” comes packed in a limited edition shoebox that was made exclusively for this collaboration.
