After checking out the “Burnt Sunrise” just a few hours ago, we’re now taking our first look at the next major SB team-up with the There Skateboards x Nike SB Dunk Low. Made in collaboration with the queer skate collective formed by Jeffrey Cheung in California in 2017, these sneakers are absolutely stuffed with cool details throughout.
Working on top of a slick black suede base, the There Skateboards Dunk is overlaid by panels and panels of shaggy suede, which are all embroidered with the brand’s signature patterns. Lush green leather descends upon the Swoosh, and complementary accents make their way to the sockliner and laces. Speaking of which, you’ll also find a pair of special edition steel dubraes that have been made exclusively for this drop.
Co-branding hits the tongue tag and heel badge, and underfoot, the midsole has also been blacked out for a stealthy aesthetic. Infused with Nike‘s critically-acclaimed Zoom Air technology, it’s the main reason why silhouette remains as one of the most comfortable pairs that you can own, both on and off the half pipe.
Not much else is known about the There Skateboards x Nike SB Dunk Low at this moment in time, but according to our sources, it’ll launch sometime this autumn. Let us know if you’ll be adding these to your collection, and be sure to keep it locked at Captain Creps for your best chance to secure your size!
