The Pharrell x adidas Adistar Jellyfish “Onix Aurora” Adds Neon to this Greyscale Colourway

After several limited and general-release drops, adidas and Pharrell are back with another Adistar Jellyfish colourway. The most interesting part of Pharrell’s latest “Onix/Aurora” edition is where the colours meet. Pale blue panels interrupt a dark grey upper, while yellow-green accents pick out the heel and sole. Those changes in colour draw attention to the shoe’s overlapping construction, giving a different view of a silhouette already built around exaggerated proportions.

Rather than spreading its brightest shades evenly across the shoe, this pair concentrates them around particular layers. Black Three Stripes anchor the midfoot, with blue appearing through the surrounding panels. Against the darker foundation, those sections make the upper’s depth.

The same layered treatment continues into the oversized sole. Its rippling shape resembles the floating gills of a jellyfish, creating the exaggerated profile that defines the model. Rope-style laces, a padded tongue and collar, and co-branded details complete the upper, with “VIRGINIA” branding connecting the shoe to Pharrell’s home state and wider creative platform.

Pharrell’s Jellyfish reworks adidas’ Adistar running heritage as a lifestyle design rather than a performance update. The model debuted through limited releases in 2025 before receiving broader global launches in 2026, including Triple Black, Royal Blue and Triple White editions. Those earlier pairs established the mix of mesh, dimensional cages and wave-shaped tooling carried into this release.

The Pharrell Williams x adidas VIRGINIA Adistar Jellyfish “Onix/Aurora” is currently expected to drop on October 24th through adidas and selected retailers. The RRP remains at £250, matching recent Adistar Jellyfish releases.
