The next in the line-up of the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 MX pack is here. This adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “MX Frost Blue” is an ice-cold take to the commonly neutral-toned Yeezy Boost model. Donning the silhouette’s new “MX” graphics on the upper, this is the third in the collection after the “MX Oat” and “MX Rock”.
With the release date currently postponed with no particular schedule, let’s take a look at the detailed photos of the shoe.
First surfaced in the previous year, this rendition with style code GW3775 shied away from the typical earthy neutral tones on the upper; rather incorporating strokes of Blue and Yellow paired with Grey.
Featuring the signature Primeknit upper, various swirls and twirls make up the new weave design on the “MX Frost Blue”. Hints of Grey, Blue, White, and Yellow make up the upper. A semi-transparent midfoot strip returns and exposes the lightweight interior of the Yeezy Boost 350 V2.
Three stripes appear on the inner heel panel for subtle brand display. The heel pull tab makes another return in this iteration.
Everything else is pretty much the same below. The semi-translucent ribbed TPU midsole cages the thick full-length Boost foam midsole. Underneath, the grid traction pattern exposes the Boost and provides consistent grip and long-lasting outsole durability.
Initially set for a March 12, 2022 release, the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “MX Frost Blue” launch has been postponed. While there’s no new release schedule provided, keep an eye out for more updates soon.
It’s definitely a change of step with this colourway. While new colourways continue to arrive, adidas has also restocked a bunch of highly anticipated colourways like the “Beluga”, “Blue Tint”, as well as the “Black/White” rendition.
