Last year, Corteiz completely broke the internet when it announced its collaboration with Nike. This partnership was totally unexpected (especially when you consider the rocky relationship between the two), but it gave birth to three iconic colourways, including the “Aegean Storm,” “Gutta Green,” and “Pink Beam.” Now, according to the latest reports, it looks like the London-based label is reuniting with the American sportswear giant, this time for the Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 “Tour Yellow.”
Set to be Clint’s stealthiest sneaker yet, his latest Air Max 95 will apparently feature an all-black mesh, leather, and suede construction. This acts as a canvas for the vivid “Tour Yellow” accents, with Corteiz’s logos etched across the lateral toe and heel, and the streetwear imprint’s legendary Alcatraz emblem embroidered on the tongue.
As with the previous three pairs, the rugged toggle switch lacing system will make a comeback here. All of this then sits on top of a ridiculously chunky Air midsole that offers unbelievable comfort and cushioning with every step. It then comes packaged in a special co-branded shoebox, and is accompanied by camouflage-themed tissue paper, enhancing its collectible appeal.
Next to nothing else is known about the Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 “Tour Yellow” at this moment in time, but it’s expected to launch sometime towards the end of the year. As always, be sure to keep it locked at Captain Creps for your best chance to cop.
