It’s Official: The Air Jordan 4 “Military Blue” Finally Has a Re-Release Date

The Air Jordan 4 “Military Blue” has got to be one of the most iconic sneakers in Jordan Brand history. Widely regarded as one the greatest non-OG AJ4s of all-time, reports of its alleged re-release have been rumoured every single year for the past five years.

But now, as we head towards the trainer’s 35th anniversary, it looks like that day has finally arrived.

Boasting a predominantly white leather construction, this Air Jordan 4 is overlaid by panels of light grey suede across the toebox. Mesh adorns the lateral and medial sidewalls for added ventilation, and this is dipped in a bold “Military Blue” hue that’s sure to turn heads wherever you go. This iconic shade extends towards the tongue tag, eyelets, and mudguard, as well as the badge around the heel, which is causing quite a stir among the trainer community.

You see, while this colourway did, indeed, make a comeback in 2012, that version featured the Jumpman logo around the back. For the 2024 version, the original “Nike Air” branding from ’89 is making triumphant return, with is a highly sought-after detail. The shoe then rests on top of a Nike Air midsole that really is as comfortable as it gets.

There is absolutely no doubt in anyone’s mind that the Air Jordan 4 “Military Blue” will be one of the hottest releases of 2024. Set to drop in full family sizes on May 11th, make sure you keep it locked at Captain Creps for your best chance to secure your pair.
