Definitely the most surprising renditions of the OG version of the Air Jordan 1 Low. While recent releases of the silhouette brought a lot of hype throughout the summer, this new pair gets ready for Fall. The Air Jordan 1 Low OG EX “Black Dark Smoke Grey” boasts a Black and Grey makeover headlined by exposed foam outlines. Gives the shoe a totally different look!
After releasing in rare colourways such as the Neutral Grey and Starfish, the Air Jordan 1 Low OG regained momentum. 2022 releases such as the Bleached Coral, Mystic Blue, and UNC kicked things off for the year. This new rendition looks to be part of the Inside Out edition with its exposed foam panels on the upper.
The Air Jordan 1 does not need any comeback because it remains extremely popular to this day. Introduced in 1985, the Air Jordan 1 revolutionised Nike’s basketball styles when Michael Jordan sought glory in the NBA. Just “like Mike”, the Air Jordan 1 stands as one of the best sneakers of all time.
Low and Mid versions arrived and gave sneakerheads more styling options. The Air Jordan 1 Low OG kept its momentum going in 2022 with consecutive releases. The main difference between the OG Low and the Lows we have in the past few years is the construction. Still rocking a low-top form, the OG Low has a lower collar and has the Jordan Wings logo at the top of the heel panel.
This Air Jordan 1 Low OG EX “Black Dark Smoke Grey” features a Black and Grey suede and leather upper combination. The edges of each panel expose the yellowish foam and add to the overall details of the shoe.
Fire Red hues appear on the outer and inner tongue.
This is a different look compared to the previous Air Jordan 1 Low OG releases.
Keep an eye out for this pair in late August 2022 on the Nike UK website. Fall-ready hues make up this new colourway. Expect a lot of hype for this unique rendition of the shoe.
