Nike and Jordan Brand collide in a new co-branded Air Jordan 4 silhouette! This news shocked the sneaker community when rumours spread out. However, when official sources confirmed a release, everybody got excited about the upcoming colourways! The Air Jordan 4 x Nike SB “Pine Green” debuts the new and improved Air Jordan 4 Retro with more cushioning for skateboarding. Skater or not, we are definitely copping a pair.

You won’t actually notice any big difference between the Air Jordan 4 and Air Jordan 4 SB. Unlike the Nike Dunk and SB Dunk, the AJ4 SB only changed the heel branding. This makes things better as the shoe is still perfectly in its original form, but way more comfortable!

The Air Jordan 4 is one of the most popular Air Jordan models today. New colourways usually become the talk of the town. Most can even say that it’s the most popular Jordan just behind the Air Jordan 1.

Tinker Hatfield designed the Air Jordan 4 and decided to give Michael Jordan some “wings”. That’s right, the main highlight of this basketball shoe is the TPU support wings on the sides. Released in 1989, the AJ4 is also subject to one of MJ’s finest moments in the NBA. Of course, we’re talking about his game-winner against the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round of the 1989 NBA Playoffs.

This Air Jordan 4 x Nike SB “Pine Green” features a White leather base with Grey suede overlays on the forefoot. Pine Green accents adorn the TPU eyestays, PU midsole, and TPU heel. Nike SB branding adorns the back.

Red Jumpman logos appear on the tongue while Nike labels land on the outsole.

Gum rubber accents can be seen on the front and heel portion of the rubber outsole. Aside from the Nike SB branding, the new model boasts a thicker sockliner for better cushioning.
