The Teddy Santis mastery continues with more styles of the New Balance 990v3. Since the success of the Aime Leon Dore x New Balance collab, NB hired Santis as the brand’s creative director. His awesome designs are in full display with the recent Made in USA Season 2 collection. The New Balance Made in USA 990v3 “Tan Green” arrives with earthy tones on the premium nubuck and mesh upper.

This pair is part of the Made in USA Season 2 designed by Teddy Santis. We finally get a UK release this April! If you love the ALD collabs then you’ll indeed be anticipating this new collection.

The New Balance 990 series is one of the most popular footwear lines from the Boston-based sportswear brand. This series of running shoes first came out in 1982 and saw a continuation after 16 years.

The New Balance 990v3 launched in 2012, 14 years after its predecessor. New Balance perfectly timed the release as the shoe became responsible for the dad shoe trend. It has all the properties that dads look for in a shoe: durable, lightweight, comfortable, and match all outfits. The all-grey colourway became the symbol of all dad shoes, and the chunky construction eventually made its way to the younger generation.

This New Balance Made in USA 990v3 “Tan Green” makes its debut in the UK after its initial release in other regions. The shoe is also part of Teddy Santis’ Made in USA Season 2, including other New Balance 990x models.

Dark Green comprises the base of the shoe, while tan overlays give it a nature-inspired look. Olive tones comprise the ENCAP foam midsole.
