Since his first collab with adidas back in 2020, Sean Wotherspoon consistently remained with the brand as he showcased his designs. This 2023, we get his updated take on the iconic Gazelle Indoor. The Sean Wotherspoon x adidas Gazelle Indoor “Corduroy” goes playful with multicolour prints on the corduroy upper. What makes the shoe even special is that each pair has different upper prints!
Sean Wotherspoon’s short-lived partnership with Nike did not hinder him as he quickly moved on to help other brands. Aside from owning his own sneaker store, Wotherspoon continues to design sneaker collaborations with the likes of adidas and Asics. This new Gazelle Indoor colourway did not stray away from his usual playful and colourful style.
First introduced in the late 60s, the adidas Gazelle became one of the fan-favourite lifestyle shoes from the Three Stripes. The brand created this shoe primarily for indoor sports, specifically handball. But with the arrival of other styles like the Handball Spezial, the Gazelle quickly transitioned to the adidas Originals catalogue.
Slight modifications were made to the Gazelle Indoor. Adidas revised the shoe to give it more structure and support.

This Sean Wotherspoon x adidas Gazelle Indoor “Corduroy” features a white corduroy base with colourful mosaic patterns that look like cartoonish plants. SW branding appears on the heel. Midnight navy accents comprise the suede three stripes on the sides and the eyestays.
The shoe officially releases this May 2023 on adidas UK. Fans will definitely love this pair!
