The Dime x adidas Gazelle ADV Was Born to Skate

Dime and adidas go way back, and for its latest sneaker, the Montreal-based imprint has revealed the Dime x adidas Gazelle ADV. While you’d expect skate shoes to be covered in all kinds of lightweight, breathable material, these ones go down a more luxurious route.

Introduced in two colour combinations including “Black” and “Maroon,” both trainers are completely covered in ultra premium leather throughout. Waxed laces tie everything together, and the midsole is decked out in durable rubber to keep things grippy and comfortable at the same times.

Of course, there’s no way you can talk about this Gazelle ADV collection without mentioning the silver studs. Replacing the usual three stripe branding, it gives the sneakers a more industrial, punk-inspired aesthetic. Dime’s cursive logo appears in chrome foil across the lateral sides and heel badge, and all of this comes packed in a special edition shoebox that’s almost as collectible as the shoes themselves.
