Last summer, Nike officially took the wraps off of its Calm line. A series of shoes that were designed to bring some mindfulness and relaxation to your collection, it featured both the Calm Mule as well as the Calm Slide. Now, the American sportswear giant is ready to add another silhouette to the warm weather trifecta with the Nike Calm Flip Flop, and we can already tell you that these are going to be wildly popular.
Revealed in three colourways including white, black, and lilac, like the aforementioned Slide, the Flip Flop features a one-piece foam construction that’s made to keep you cool and comfortable at all times.
Your toes are kept securely in place with a Y-shaped design, and the straps are debossed with Nike’s Swoosh logo, just in case you needed a reminder.
The footbed is slightly concave so that you feet can sink in with ease, and it’s lined with a subtle ribbed pattern for additional grip. This texture can also be found on the outsole underneath, making these the ultimate footwear option whether you’re heading to the beach, strolling through the city, or just relaxing by the pool.
Right now, the Nike Calm Flip Flop has been made exclusively for women, but that’s not going to stop some of you guys from trying to squeeze into a pair.
