The adidas Conductor, a shoe with a legacy both on the basketball court and beyond, makes a striking return in a version celebrating its New York origins.

The sneaker features suede 3-Stripes with screenprinted pinstripes, echoing the style of 1986 New York jerseys. An embroidered NY logo adds a touch of team pride and nostalgia. This model stands out with its red, white, and blue colourblocking, giving it a vintage yet timeless look.

Crafted from premium white leather, the high-top Conductor is contrasted with rough suede Three Stripes. First introduced in 1987 and famously worn by Patrick Ewing of the New York Knicks, the Conductor High has transitioned into music culture, celebrated for its versatility and style.

The shoe includes a lace closure, textile lining, and EVA midsole inserts for comfort and support. Ribbed heel cutouts and basketball-inspired tongue tags enhance the athletic look, while the rubber cupsole ensures durability and traction. A unique aspect is the metallic “ADIDAS ORIGINALS NYC” pendant on the upper eyelets, highlighting the brand’s global prestige.

In 2023, adidas reintroduces the Conductor High as part of its ‘Collective Series,’ bringing back a classic that perfectly marries sports legacy with modern fashion.
