Jordan Legacy 312

Some iconic models from both Nike and Jordan Brand collide into one classic lifestyle shoe. The Jordan Legacy 312 isn’t just any Air Jordan hybrid sneaker. It’s actually a combination of MJ’s game-worn silhouettes early on in his NBA career. When this shoe first came out, everybody had divided opinions, now it’s one of the modern classics!

The Jordan Legacy 312 originally came out in 2018 as the first Jordan sneaker designed by Don C. This shoe took inspiration from some of Michael Jordan’s iconic silhouettes, including an unexpected Nike shoe. Clearly, the shoe has the stamp of approval from many fans as it remains a classic today.

Streetwear fashion designer Don Crawley, or Don C, followed up on his premium Air Jordan 2 collab with this new model. The Jordan Legacy 312 shares design elements from the Air Jordans 1 and 3, and the Nike Air Alpha Force Low. Some may find the Air Alpha Force Low unfamiliar, but MJ actually wore it before he debuted the AJ3.

Jordan Brand first released the shoe in high-top form and resembled the ankle collar of the AJ1. But most previous releases arrived in Low versions.

The sole, collar, and elephant print overlays resemble the Air Jordan 3, while the midfoot strap pays homage to the Air Alpha Force. Toe perforations and the eyestays take their shape from the first Air Jordan model.

This is one of the lush non-retro Air Jordan silhouettes you can cop today. It’s a great option for fans of modern retros combined into one shoe.
